摘　　要：目的调查中心血站与医院输血科目前存在的医院感染隐患和亟待改进的环节,制定切实可行的管理对策,有效地预防与控制血站和输血科引发的医院感染。方法调查血站与医院输血科存在的医院感染隐患,制定切实可行的管理措施。结果血站与输血科在生物安全和医院感染管理存在薄弱环节,医院感染管理制度不够完善、执行力不够;工作人员医院感染意识滞后;工作区域布局欠科学;污染分区不规范;洗手依从性不达标;医疗废弃物管理缺乏力度等。结论血站与输血科必须建立规范的医院感染管理制度,加强行政管理和执行力,切实杜绝血源性医院感染,才能确保受血者输血安全。OBJECTIVE To investigate the hidden dangers of nosocomial infections in blood centre and department of blood transfusion and develop practicable prevention so as to effectively control the nosoeomial infections in the blood center and blood transfusion department. METHODS The hidden dangers of nosocomial infections il the blood centre and department of blood transfusion were investigated, and practicable strategies were proposed. RESULTS There were several administration shortages in the biosafety and the nosocomial infection control, such as imperfect management system, weak execution power, hysteretic consciousness of nosocomial infection control, unscientific layout of laboratory, nonstandard zoning of pollution, substandard compliance of hand washing, and inadequate disposal of medical waste, which existed in the blood center and the department of blood transfusion. CONCLUSION It is necessary for the blood centre and department of blood transfusion to establish the standardized nosocomial infections control system , strengthen the administrative management and execution power, and solidly avoid the blood borne infections so as to ensure the safety of blood transfusion.
