摘　　要：目的探讨健康体检中心血源性感染的潜在危险,做好血源性感染防护管理工作,预防感染的发生。方法建立血液防护管理体系,增强血液感染防护意识,规范医务人员操作流程。结果通过以上措施的落实,完善和加强了中心血源性感染防护的管理,避免和减少体检中心血源性感染的发生,保障了中心工作人员的健康与安全。结论提高职业接触防护意识、监管部门进行监督管理、各部门加强协调配合是做好血源性防护管理的关键。OBJECTIVE To discuss the hidden dangers of bloodborne infections in health examination center and conduct the prevention of bl0odborne infections so as to control the infections. METHODS The blood protection management system was established, the awareness of the bloodborne infection prevention was intensified, and the operation procedures of the medical staff were standardized. RESULTS Through the above measures, the prevention of bloodborne infections was intensified to reduce the incidence of bloodborne infections and ensure the health and safety of the staff. CONCLUSION It is the key to improve the awareness of prevention of professional contact, perform the supervision and inspection, and strengthen the coordination and cooperation so as to prevent the bloodborne infections.
