摘 要:目的分析研究葡萄球菌属的药敏试验结果,为其正确用药提供依据。方法选取2004年1月-2007年12月的873例呼吸道感染且痰标本培养葡萄球菌属阳性患者为研究对象,将不同葡萄球菌种类构成进行分析,并将其药敏试验结果进行研究。结果 873例患者中共检出葡萄球菌属891株,其中金黄色葡萄球菌检出622株占69.81%,表皮葡萄球菌135株占15.15%,溶血葡萄球菌95株占10.66%,其他葡萄球菌39株占4.38%,耐药性中以红霉素、庆大霉素及氨苄西林等耐药率最高,分别为95.96%,80.92%和73.74%,均高于对其他药物的耐药率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论呼吸道感染患者中葡萄球菌属以金黄色葡萄球菌检出为主,且对红霉素、庆大霉素及氨苄西林的耐药率最高,应引起重视。OBJECTIVE To analyze and study the results of drug susceptibility test for Staphylococcus so as to provide the basis for the rational use of drug. METHODS Totally 873 cases of respiratory tract infections with cultured positive for Staphylococcus from Jan 2004 to Dec 2007 were selected as research objects, then the Staphy- lococcus species were analyzed,and the drug susceptibility test results were studied. RESULTS Totally 891 strains of Staphylococcus were detected from 873 patients, and 622 Staphylococcus aureus were detected, the rate was 69.81%, 135 S. epiderrnidis were detected,the rate was 15.15 M, 95 S. haernolyticus were detected,the rate was 10. 660 , 39 other Staphylococcus were detected, the rate was 4. 38%, and the drug resistance rates to the erythromycin, gentamicin and ampicillin were the highest, which were 95.96 %, 80.92 % and 73.74%, respectively and they were all higher than others,and the difference was significant (P〈0.05). CONCLUSION The S. aureus is the predominant species of Staphylococci isolated from the patients with respiratory tract infections, the drug resistance rates to the erythromycin, gentamicin and ampicillin are the highest, which should be attached great importance to.
