摘　　要：利奈唑胺有很好的口服生物利用度和组织穿透力,给药间隔内几乎在所有器官(血液、皮肤软组织、脂肪、肌肉、骨关节、肺部、泌尿道、中枢神经系统、腹腔等)均能渗透达到有效的抑菌浓度,肝肾功能影响较小。利奈唑胺可以广泛用于各种敏感菌所致的感染。本文简述利奈唑胺在不同患者群体中的药效学和药动学研究进展。Linezolid has great oral bioavailability and tissue penetration, and can maintain effective bacteriostasis concentration during administration interval in almost all organs and tissues （blood, skin, fat, muscle, bone, lung, urinary tract, central nervous system, enterocoelia, etc）. Linezolid can be widely used in kinds of infection caused by sensitive bacteria. In this paper, the research progress on pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic data of Linezolid in clinical setting was reviewed.
