摘 要:目的建立注射用阿莫西林钠氯唑西林钠的含量测定方法。方法使用C18柱,以0.1mol/L磷酸二氢钾一0.018mol/L十二烷基硫酸钠一甲醇.乙腈(275:275:200:250)(用磷酸调pH值至2.6)为流动相,检测波长为225nm。结果阿莫西林浓度在69.1-345.8rtg/mL间线性关系良好,r为0.9998,氯唑西林的线性范围68.0-340.Oμg/mL,r为0.9997;阿莫西林的平均加样回收率为99.1%(RSD=0.96%,n=9):氯唑西林的平均加样回收率为99.6%(RSD=1.3%,n=9)。结论该方法简便、结果准确、专属性强。To establish the method for content determination of amoxicillin and cloxacillin for injection by HPLC. Methods A C18 column was used. The mobile phase was 0.1mol/L KH2PO4-0.018mol/L SDS- methanol-acetonitrile(275: 275: 200: 250) (using phosphoric acid to adjust pH to 2.6). The detection wavelength was 225nm. Results The linear ranges of amoxicillin and cloxacillin were 69.1-345.8~tg/mL(r=0.9998) and 68.0-340.0μtg/mL (r=0.9997) respectively, the linear relationship were good. The average recovery of amoxicillin was 99.1%(RSD=0.96%, n=9) and cloxacillin was 99.6%(RSD=1.3%, n=9). Conclusion The HPLC method is simple, accurate and selective.
