ICU护士对预防与控制导管相关性血流感染的影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的了解ICU护士对导管相关血流感染预防与控制相关知识的知-信-行现状,分析其影响因素,为医院管理者制定统一标准操作规程和制度提供数据支持。方法采取整群抽样的方法,用自行设计的问卷调查某市252名ICU护士的一般资料及对卫生部《导管相关血流感染预防与控制技术指南》、美国疾病控制预防中心《导管相关血流感染的预防和控制指南》相关知识的掌握、对组合干预措施的赞同、预防和控制措施的实施。结果 ICU护士对导管相关血流感染预防与控制相关知识平均得分为(55.88±7.46)分,多因素分析结果:年龄、培训、医院级别、是否制定导管相关性血流感染预防和控制操作规程及记录影响知识得分P<0.05;医院级别及培训影响赞同得分P<0.05;护士类别、操作规程、培训、维护记录影响预防和控制行为得分P<0.05。结论 ICU护士对导管相关血流感染预防与控制相关知识掌握不佳,因此医院管理者应重视ICU中心静脉导管相关血流感染的监控,加强护理人员的理论及操作培训,提升其行为依从性。OBJECTIVE To assess the knowledge, attitude, practice （KAP）of ICU nurses under the guidelines for prevention and control of catheter-related blood stream infections and analyze the impact factors so as to provide data for administrators to lay down related procedures and rules. METHODS By means of the cluster sampling method, the self-designed questionnaires were employed to investigate the general data of 252 ICU nurses and the awareness of the Guidelines for prevention and control of catheter-related bloodstream infections of Ministry of Health and the prevention and control guidelines for catheter-related bloodstream infections of the Centers for Diseases Control and Prevention, the compliance of integrated interventions, as well as the status of implementation of prevention and control measures. RESULTS The average score on knowledge of ICU nurses about the prevention and control of catheter-related bloodstream infections was （55. 88 ~ 7. 46） points. The multivariate analysis indicated that the age, training, hospital grade, operation procedures for prevention and control of catheter-related bloodstream infections, and records were the influencing factors for the sore of knowledge P〈0.05 %the grade of hospital and the training were the impact factors for attitude score P〈0.05 % the category of nurses, operation procedure, training, and maintenance record were the influencing factors for practice score P〈0. 05. CONCLUSION The awareness of the ICU nurses about the prevention and control of catheter- related bloodstream infections is poor, thus it is necessary for the hospital to focus on the surveillance of the central venous catheter-related bloodstream infections in ICU and reinforce the theoretical and operation training for the nursing staff so as to improve the behavioral compliance.
