摘 要:目的探讨麻醉患者术后医院感染的相关因素,为预防麻醉引发医院感染提供理论依据。方法回顾性分析2009年1月-2012年12月1682例经外科手术麻醉患者的临床资料,统计分析麻醉与医院感染的相关因素。结果 1682例麻醉后进行手术治疗的患者发生医院感染132例,感染率为7.85%,全身麻醉、麻醉时间≥3h、过滤器循环使用、喉镜液体消毒与麻醉引发医院感染密切相关(χ2=12.69、14.42、12.09、9.89,P<0.01)。结论全身麻醉、麻醉器械污染及麻醉时间过长易引起医院感染,应针对相关因素进行相应的预防治疗措施,对降低麻醉后医院感染具有重要意义。OBJECTIVE To explore the related factors for postoperative nosocomial infections in the patients after anesthesia so as to provide theoretical basis for the prevention of nosocomial infections induced by anesthesia. METHODS The clinical date of 1682 cases of neurosurgery department patients who underwent anesthesia from Jan 2009 to Dec 2012 were retrospectively analyzed, then the related factors for the nosocomial infections included by the anesthesia were statistically analyzed. RESULTS The nosocomial infections occurred in 132 of 1682 patients who underwent the anesthesia, with the infection rate of 7. 85%. Tie general anesthesia, anesthesia time more than 3 hours, recycling use of filter, and laryngoscope liquid sterilization were closely related to the nosocomial infections induced by the anesthesia (X2 = 12. 69, 14. 42, 12. 09, 9. 89, P 〈 0. 01 ). CONCLUSION General anesthesia, polluted anesthesia instruments, and over long anesthesia time are prone to result in the nosocomial infections, it is of great significance to the reduction of incidence of nosocomial infections after the anesthesia through adoption of corresponding prevention measures regarding the related factors.
