摘　　要：目的改进供应室传统使用的棉布包装材料为纸塑包装无菌物品,以提高灭菌物品的质量安全。方法工作中注意封口检查,每日在塑封前使用纸塑袋测试卡测试合格为准;及时发现问题、找出原因、并不断总结研究、减少包装封口处皱折、烫痕、开启、被锐器刺破问题的发生及不必要的浪费;制定各项操作规程及器械的保护措施。结果采取正确的操作方法、选择合适的塑封袋、应用合适的塑封温度,解决了在使用过程中易出现包装封口处皱折、烫痕、开启、被锐器刺破等问题,进行细菌培养均无细菌生长,保证包装物品的质量。结论选择合适的包装材料及适当的保护措施有效避免了以上问题的发生,纸塑包装安全可靠。OBJECTIVE To improve the traditionally used cotton packing material as paper-plastic packaging sterile items in the supply room so as to improve the quality and safety of sterilized items. METHODS The sealing was attached great importance, the sealing effect should be tested by using the test card everyday so as to find out the causes and solve the problems, summarize in time, to avoid the problems such as seal wrinkles, burn marks, Open, and punctured by sharp objects, and to reduce unnecessary waste, the corresponding operation regulations were formulated to protect the instruments. RESULTS The above problems, such as wrinkles, burn marks, openness, and being pierced by sharp instruments of the sealing sites, have been solved through correct operation, use of appropriate plastic bags, and suitable plastic sealing temperature; the bacterial culture under aseptic condition was performed to ensure the quality of packaging items. CONCLUSION The above problems have been solved through use of appropriate packaging materials and suitable protection measures. Paper-plastic packaging is safe and reliable.
