广西中医医院消毒供应室建设现状调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查广西各级中医医院消毒供应室建设现状,为持续改进提供循证科学依据。方法采用统一培训和现场问卷调查法,对广西89所中医医院的消毒供应室进行调查,内容包括消毒供应室的设置与规模、布局流程、管理方式、清洗消毒设备配置、洗手设施和防护用品、消毒与灭菌管理等,用Excel软件建立数据库并进行统计分析。结果 89所中医医院有79所建立消毒供应室,其中,建筑布局流程不符合要求的占93.7%;64.6%消毒供应室已实行集中管理,三级医院集中管理达100.0%;消毒员持证上岗三级医院占100.0%,二级医院占51.1%,未评等级医院仅占22.7%;三级医院的清洗消毒设施、洗手设施和防护用品配备较完善,二级以下医院存在较多不足,自动清洗机配备三级医院占91.7%,二级医院占17.8%,未评等级医院为0。结论广西中医医院消毒供应室建设发展不均衡,因医院等级而异,三级医院的消毒供应室建设总体较好,二级医院次之,未评等级医院较差,需进一步完善建设。OBJECTIVE To investigate the current status of construction of central sterile supply departments in traditional Chinese hospitals of Guangxi so as to provide evidence-based basis for continuous improvement. METHODS By means of unified training and onsite questionnaire survey, the central sterile supply departments of 89 traditional Chinese hospitals in Guangxi were investigated, including the layout, scale, procedure, management modes, cleaning and disinfection devices, hand washing facilities, protection products, and sterilization, then the database was established for the statistical analysis with the use of Excel software. RESULTS Of totally 89 hospitals investigated, 79 have established the central sterile supply department , among which 93.7~ have not met the standard of layout procedure; 64.65/0 of the central sterile supply departments have adopted the centralized management, among which 100. 0~ of the three A hospitals have implemented the centralized management; 100.00/oo of the three A hospitals, 51. l~/00 of the two A hospitals, and 22.7~//oo of unknown rating hospitals in which the disinfection personnel held the certificates. The three A hospitals had the sound cleaning and disinfection devices, hand washing facilities, and protection articles, while the two A hospitals had lots of insufficiencies; 91.7~/oo of the three A hospitals, 17.8~//oo of the two A hospitals, and none of the unknown rating hospitals were equipped with the automatic cleaning machine. CONCLUSION It is imbalanced for the construction of the central sterile supply departments in the traditional Chinese hospitals of Guangxi, in which the various rating hospitals differ; the construction of the central sterile supply departments of the three A hospital is good in general, followed by the two A hospital and the hospitals with unknown rating status, which need to be further improved.
