摘  要:目的对比研究头孢硫脒、苯唑西林、头孢唑林、头孢呋辛、头孢西丁、阿奇霉素、左氧氟沙星、万古霉素等8种抗菌药物对临床分离革兰阳性球菌的抗菌活性。方法采用VITEK微生物分析仪进行细菌鉴定,细菌药物敏感试验采用M-H培养基,用琼脂平板稀释法测定最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果头孢硫脒对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、溶血葡萄球菌、人葡萄球菌的MIC50、MIC90均低于头孢唑林、头孢呋辛,33株耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌和30株耐甲氧西林表皮葡萄球菌MIC50、MIC90范围均明显低于头孢唑林、头孢呋辛,仅低于万古霉素,头孢硫脒对粪肠球菌的抗菌活性仅弱于万古霉素,强于苯唑西林、头孢唑林、头孢呋辛、阿奇霉素、左氧氟沙星。结论头孢硫脒对葡萄球菌属和粪肠球菌具有较强的体外抗菌活性。OBJECTIVE To observe the in vitro antibacterial activity of cefathiamidine (CTM), oxacillin (OXA), cefazolin(CZO), cefuroxime(CXM), cefoxitin (FOX), azithromycin(AZM), levofloxacin(LVX) and vancomycin (VCM) agMnst clinical isolates of gram-positive cocci. METHODS The bacterial identification was performed with the use of VITEK microorganism analyzer, the drug susceptibility testing was carried out using M-H medium, and the agar dillution method was used to determine the minimal inhibitory concentrations (MICs). RESULTS The MICs0 and MICg0 of CTM against Staphylococcusaureus, S. epidermidis, S. haemolyticus, and S. horninis were less than those of CZO and CXM; while the MICs0 and MICg0 of CTM against methicillin-resistant S. aureus (MRSA, n= 33) and methicillin-resistant S. epidermidis (n~ 30) were significantly higher than those of CZO and CXM, only higher than that of vancomycin (VCM) ;CTM had lower antibacteriaI activity against Enterococcus faecalis than did VAM but had higher antibacterial activity than did the OXA, CZO, CXM, AZM, and LVX. CONCLUSION The CTM has high antibacterial activity against both Staphylococcus spp and E. faecalis.
