摘　　要：目的分析国内外社区获得性耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的相关文献,为CA-MRSA深入研究提供参考和借鉴。方法检索1982年-2013年4月英文Pubmed、Embase、SCI数据库中CA-MRSA相关文献;中文检索CNKI期刊全文数据库、维普和SinoMed数据库中CA-MRSA相关文献;利用ENDNOTE2.0软件进行分类整理,对纳入研究文献的进行计量分析。结果纳入研究的文献共1496篇,其中英文文献1271篇,中文文献225篇;第1篇CA-MRSA报道在1982年,2011年达到高峰发表280篇;>20个国家或地区有撰文报道;发表的文献类型均以综述为主,其次为回顾性分析、病例分析、研究性论文等;文献内容主要为CA-MRSA相关的研究方法、流行病学、耐药表型、定植部位及临床用药等。结论对于社区获得性耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的研究日益受到全球范围的广泛关注,研究内容越加深入。OBJECTIVE To analyze the related literatures on the subject of community-acquired methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus （CA-MRSA） published both domestically and abroad so as to provide reference for further study of CA-MRSA. METHODS The related literatures on the subject of CA-MRSA were retrieved on Pubmed, Embase, SCI database, CNKI, SinoMed, and cqvip, then the Endnote 2. 0 was used to sort these searched articles, and the bibliometric analysis was performed for the involved research literatures. RESULTS Totally 1496 articles were involved in the study, including 1271 English articles and 225 Chinese articles; the article in which the CA-MRSA was firstly reported was in 1982, reaching to the peak in 2011 （280 articles about CA-MRSA published; more than 20 countries or regions have reported by issuing papers. The majority of the issued literatures were review, followed by the retrospective analysis, case analysis, and research papers; the research methods of CA-MRSA, epidemics, drug resistance phenotypes, colonization sites, and clinical medication were the main contents of the literatures. CONCLUSION The study of the CA-MRSA increasingly attracts the concern globally as the research contents are further studied.
