摘　　要：破碎是金属矿山选矿工艺中的重要工序,破碎机是选矿作业的重要设备,直接影响选矿厂的处理能力和能耗。以二道沟矿业公司为工程背景,介绍了红旗选矿厂扩能及技改过程,详述了立轴锤式破碎机结构、特点及生产实践。立轴锤式破碎机的应用,增大了红旗选矿厂给矿粒度(-350 mm),降低了产品粒度(-10 mm),提高了破碎比,取得了很好的应用效果。Crushing is a very important link in the whole process of mineral processing in metallic mines and dur- ing crushing, the crusher is its equipment form which directly influences treatment capacity and energy consumption of ore-dressing plant. With Erdaogou mining company as the engineering background, the paper introduces the production expansion and technical renovation process of Hongqi ore-dressing plant, and elaborates the structure, features and its production practices of the vertical shaft hammer crusher. The application of vertical shaft hammer crusher allows lar- ger feeding particle size（ -350 mm） and gives off smaller product size（ - 10 mm） ,increasing crushing ratios and achieving good application results.
