摘 要:本研究旨在确定13~24周龄鲁西斗鸡粗蛋白质需要量。选用13周龄健康鲁西斗鸡480只,随机分为5个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复16只。试验分13~18、19~24周龄两个阶段,采用单因子试验设计,各处理组分别饲喂不同粗蛋白水平的饲粮。在18和24周龄末,每个重复屠宰1只进行体成分的测定。结果表明,饲粮蛋白水平对13~18周龄鲁西斗鸡平均日增重、料重比和蛋白沉积量有显著影响(P〈0.05);对19~24周龄鲁西斗鸡生产性能和蛋白沉积均无显著影响(P〉0.05)。以粗蛋白食入量(CPI)为因变量(Y),对应的日增重(aw)为自变量(x)进行线性回归,结合各阶段代谢体重,得出粗蛋白需要量(CPR)析因模型:13~18周龄:CPR=1.30W -0.75 776.70AW;19~24周龄:CPR=1.30W-0.75 +795.57AW。根据本试验结果,结合各阶段平均日采食量,得出13~18、19~24周龄鲁西斗鸡粗蛋白需要量分别为16.55%和15.05%。A single factor design was used to a 12-week experiment to study the requirement of crude protein of Luxi game chickens from 13 to 24 weeks of age. A total of 480 13-week-age Luxi game chickens (sex-mixed) were randomly divided into five experimental treatments with six replicates of sixteen birds each. Feeding period was divided into two stages:13 to 18 and 19 to 24 weeks age. Different crude protein diets were fed from treatment 1 to 5. At the end of 18,24 weeks,one bird from every replicate was slaughtered and samples were collected for analyzing body composition.The results showed as follows: average daily gain (ADG),feed to gain (F/G)and CP deposition were significantly affected by dietary crude protein levels from 13 to 18 weeks age (P〈0.05). Growth performance and deposition of CP were not significantly affected by dietary crude protein levels from 19 to 24 weeks (P〉0.05). Crude protein intake (CPI) and average daily gain (AW)were regarded as dependent variable (Y)and independent variable (X) respectively, along with metabolic weight of each stage, then linear regressions were made, the regression equation of requirement of crude protein showed as follows:from 13 to 18 weeks age: CPR=l.30WCJ75+776.70 A W; from 19 to 24 weeks age: CPR= 1.30W~"+795.57AW. Dietary crude protein levels of each stage were 16.55%, 15.05% combined to the average daily feed intake of each stage,respectively.
