摘　　要：随着情感民主的推进、权威系统对官僚等级制的逐步取代、社会运动和自助团体的发展以及全球性民主的浮现,吉登斯提出,无论是个人、集体、组织还是国家之间都可以通过公共场合进行对话,以讨论和交流的方式形成政策和行为。作为解决不同价值和不同生活方式之间冲突的最佳方法,对话民主建立在可信性的基础之上,由融汇之爱—纯粹关系—情感民主推进而来,很好地激发那些不同于国家层面上的政治形式的凸显,是一种实现全球性团结的手段,是协商民主在全球治理层面的一种路径。With the promotion ol emotional aemocracy, tnc ~cpla~~, chy, the development of social movement and self-help groups and the emergence of global de- mocracy, Giddens put forward individual, group, organization or country can make conversation by public places, then policy and behavior are shaping up by discussion and exchange. As the best method of solving conflicts between different values and different ways of life, dialogic democra- cies based on authencity and propelled by confluent love - pure relationship - emotional democracy well stimulate the prominent of political forms different from national level , which are the means to accomplish global solidarity.
