摘　　要：在生产社会化的发展过程中，合作制是劳动者个人所有制向社会所有制转变的一种有效形式；发展市场经济和完善合作制都是推动生产社会化发展的内在力量。在社会主义初级阶段，国有制和合作制有着各自独特的不可取代的互补的作用，都是社会主义公有制经济的组成部分，目标是一致的。During the process of production socialization, cooperation system is an effective form transforming workers' indi- vidual ownership to society's ownership, and developing market economy and consummating cooperation system are an internal power to push forward the development of production socialization. In the initial period of socialism, state - owned system and cooperation system which have their own characteristics and can not be replaced and have complimentary function are the con- stituents of socialism public ownership. They have the same objective.
