摘　　要：在新美国大学愿景下,ASU把重视跨学科视为大学跨越发展的黄金准则之一,因此对其跨学科组织的设置、管理架构和运行机制也进行了相应的创新。基于跨学科和组织设计相关理论,综述ASU跨学科组织的设计思路、措施,评价其特色,为我国大学跨学科组织变革提供借鉴。Under the vision of the New American University, ASU take transdisciplinary as the gold stand ard, so make innovation in its settings, interdisciplinary organizatioffs management structure and op crating mechanism. With Interdisciplinary and organizational design theory, Review ASU interdiscipli nary organization design ideas, measures and evaluate its characteristics, in order to provide inspira tion for interdisciplinary organizational change in China.
