摘  要:分析影响金属波纹管轴向刚度的主要因素,在考虑这些因素的前提下,提出一种内压作用下角向型膨胀节端力(端面弯矩、径向力)的简化计算方法。利用二维轴对称有限元模拟波纹管的拉伸和压缩,并折算成等效弯矩,得到克服刚度产生的端力矩。内压和弯曲产生的附加径向载荷对端力的贡献由梁模型获得。综合效果与三维有限元直接模拟相吻合。The effects of pressure and asymmetric stiffness in compression and tension on the end forces and moments of a hinged expansion joint with metal bellows were studied by using a combination of theoretical analysis and finite element simulation. The average force in tension and compression was calculated and turned into the end moment based on the two- dimensional axial symmetric finite element simulation of the bellows. The additional end forces and moments caused by interaction of internal pressure and bending obtained from a beam model. The three dimensional finite element simulations also verified the effects. The study provides an effective analytical method for the design of a specially required expansion joint.
