摘 要:提出了一种新的PWM技术,有效地抑制了三相无刷直流电动机换相转矩脉动。为了消除非导通相的续流影响,提高抑制转矩脉动的效果,采用PWM_ON_PWM调制方法,抑制转矩脉动的同时也可抑制非换相期间转矩脉动。通过实时计算占空比对换相期间进行PWM控制,使开通和关断相电流的变化速率相等,从而抑制换相转矩脉动。仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性。A novel pulse-width modulation (PWM) technique for brushless DC motor (BLDCM) drives was presented to reduce the commutation torque ripple. PWM ON PWM method was used to eliminate the current through the free-wheel-ing diode when the phase is inactive. Not only the commutation torque ripple was suppressed further, the un-conduction torque ripple was suppressed meanwhile. The eommutated phase current was balanced by using the PWM control method in real-time to reduce the commutation torque ripple. Simulation and experimental results confirm the correctness of analysis ant the validity of proposed scheme.
