摘 要:汽车发电机噪声大,使得发电机不能装配到高档车上。高转速时的通风噪声是汽车发电机主要噪声问题之一。基于噪声实验室对发电机进行噪声测试,采用阶次分析方法进行噪声研究,通过对实验测试采集到的阶次追踪图进行对比分析,找出通风噪声的主要贡献阶次及噪声值大小随转速的变化规律。该研究为发电机风扇和风路的优化设计提供依据,对噪声源识别和噪声控制有重要意义。Vehicle alternators can not be fitted to high-end cars because of big noise. The high speed ventilation noise plays a very important role in the problem of vehicle noise. With the help of the noise laboratory, electronic and ventilation noise data were collected. Then, these data were researched according to order tracking method, and the main contribution order of ventilation noise and noise value changes with speed were found out. The study provides a basis for optimal design to the fan and air duct of vehicle alternator. It also has a very important meaning to noise source identification and noise control.
