摘 要:针对串励电动机原材料价格不断上升的情况,提出一种低成本的四极串励电动机结构:只需两个激磁线圈,绕在定子空间相对两个磁极上,电枢采用叠绕组,两对电刷。在一款两极串励电动机定子的基础上进行四极设计,转子结构不变,利用MagNet有限元仿真软件,分析了四极串励电动机的磁场分布和负载运行性能,加工了四极串励电动机样机并进行负载试验,结果显示四极串励电动机可有效地降低成本,在额定负载下相比两极串励电动机有较高的转速,但温升较高。In order to reduce the cost of the universal motors, a low cost four-poles universal motor was put forward, which has two exciting coils on the opposite poles of stator with four brushes, and it's armature uses lap winding. A four-poles universal motor was designed based on a two-poles universal motor with similarly rotor. The magnetic field distribution and operation performance of these motors were analyzed by the MagNet finite element analysis software. The prototype of four-poles universal motor was manufactured. The load test results show that the four-poles universal motors can reduce the cost, and have a bigger starting torque than two-poles universal motors, but have a higher temperature-rise.
