摘  要:针对钻杆接头螺纹粘扣问题,建立钻杆接头螺纹有限元模型,利用静态隐式求解器,计算分析钻杆接头螺纹在受钻压、扭矩及钻井液压力时,钻杆发生弯曲变形前、后各螺纹牙受力和应力分布规律。分析结果表明,螺纹承载侧所受接触力远大于导向侧,且承载侧所受接触力集中于螺纹大端,导向侧所受接触力集中于螺纹小端;螺纹所受的接触力呈不均匀分布,位于两端的螺纹所受接触力大于中间部位螺纹所受接触力,两端螺纹所受接触力为中间部位螺纹所受接触力的3~4倍;钻进时,钻杆接头螺纹的最大等效应力位于螺纹大端第1有效接触螺纹牙处;当钻杆发生弯曲变形时,螺纹的最大等效应力仍位于大端第1有效接触螺纹牙处,且等效应力显著增大,当该应力超过螺纹牙材料屈服极限时就会粘扣。There often occurs drillpipe joint thread gluing failure in trenchless horizontal directional crossing pipeline laying projects, which directly affects the strength and sealability of drillpipe connection. As a result, the engineering accident will happen. Therefore, the three-dimensional model of drillpipe joint thread was established. The static implicit algorithm was combined with finite element software. The force and stress distribution law of the thread teeth was analyzed when drill joint thread was subject to WOB, torque and drilling fluid pressure be- fore bending deformation happened to drillpipe. The force and stress variation on thread teeth was also analyzed after bending deformation happened to drillpipe. The research findings show that drillpipe bending will lead to contact stress increase between drillpipe joint thread teeth, making gluing easier to happen to thread.
