摘  要:针对空气螺杆钻具在应用过程中存在的"飞车"问题,通过流场模拟探讨了采用空气限速阀分流和解决"飞车"问题的可行性。流场模拟结果表明,带有空气限速阀的容腔内气体流速比无空气限速阀的容腔内气体流速降低了约22%;无空气限速阀的空气螺杆钻具内部压降约为247.0 Pa,带有空气限速阀的空气螺杆钻具压降约为345.2 Pa,其压降增加约28.5%。同时指出,使用空气限速阀可以实现流体分流,增加压降,防止气体膨胀,还可以延长空气螺杆钻具使用寿命,降低钻井成本。In light of the "runaway" problem existing in the process of applying air screwdrill, the flow field simulation was used to explore the feasibility of adopting the air screwdrill governor valve to solve this problem. The flow field simulation shows that the gas flowrate within the cavity with air governor valve decreases by 22%, compared with that without the valve. The pressure drop within air screwdrill without the valve is about 247.0 Pa. The pressure drop within air screwdrill with the valve is about 345.2 Pa and the pressure drop increases by about 28.5%. At the same time, it is pointed out that use of the valve can achieve fluid shunt, increase pressure drop and prevent gas expansion. It can also lengthen the service life of air screwdrill and reduce the drilling cost.
