摘  要:从海洋钻井隔水管张紧器的技术现状入手,深入研究了滑轮钢丝绳式和直接液缸式2种典型隔水管张紧器,重点介绍了2种张紧器结构和技术特点,并结合国内实际情况,建议选择滑轮钢丝绳式张紧器作为初期研发目标,从小到大,由浅入深,循序渐进,最终达到自行开发研制目的,实现海洋隔水管张紧器系统国产化、系列化,并进一步满足海洋石油勘探开发需要。Starting from the current technological situation of the riser tensioner in offshore drilling, an in-depth analysis and study of two typical riser tensioners, namely pulley wireline tensioner and direct cylinder tensioner, was conducted. The introduction focuses on the structural composition and technological features of the tensioners. In combination of the practical domestic situation, it is suggested that the pulley wireline tensioner should be chosen as the preliminary target of development which should go from small to large and from easy to difficult. Finally, the independent development purpose and the localization and serialization of the offshore riser tensioner system can be achieved. The offshore petroleum exploration and development needs can further be met.
