摘  要:为了解决常规机械开窗导斜器在使用中存在的悬挂力小、固定不牢固以及导斜面容易出现下滑等问题,研制了新型膨胀管斜向器。新型斜向器由膨胀管锚定器及导斜开窗一体化工具组成,锚定器通过密封橡胶锚定,能精确确定开窗位置和开窗方位,膨胀后压缩多个密封橡胶带,锚定力达700 kN以上,且减少了打水泥塞工序,缩短了施工周期,减少了作业施工费用。在明416井的现场试验中,101.6 mm套管悬挂器深度1 320 m,新人工井底1 714 m,投产后日产液23 m3,日产油3.4 t。There exist problems in use of conventional mechanical window whipstock, such as small hanging force, insecure fastening and easy downward sliding of guiding incline. Therefore, a new type of expandable casing whipstock was developed. The whipstock consists of casing anchor and integrated guiding and windowing tool. The anchor is anchored through sealing rubber and can make a precise determination of window position and direction. Several sealing rubber belts were compressed after expansion. The anchoring force reached more than 700 kN. The cementing plug procedure was reduced. The construction cycle was shortened and the operation costs were reduced. The field test in Well 416 of Ming indicates that compared with products of the same kind, this whipstock is safer and firmer. The depth of the casing hanger in the well is 1 320 m; the new artificial well bottom is 1 714 m. The daily fluid production is 23 m^3, and the daily oil production is 3.4 t.
