摘 要:封隔器套铣打捞工具通过改变流道将常规正循环作业转换为局部反循环作业,可应用于各类套磨铣作业和冲砂作业。为研究其反循环打捞碎屑的性能,基于流体动力学方法,利用CFX软件建立封隔器套铣打捞工具内三维流场分析模型,研究流体反循环流动的可行性;进行固体颗粒随流体运动轨迹追踪,确定封隔器套铣打捞工具现场作业所需的最小泵排量,并对比分析理论计算结果与流场模拟结果。研究结果表明,打捞堆积于井底的固体颗粒所需排量远远大于打捞工具底部自由下落固体颗粒所需排量,推荐最小泵排量为9.0 L/s。The packer milling and fishing tool can convert conventional normal circulation operation to local reverse circulation operation through change of flow channel. Therefore, it can be applied to all kinds of casing milling and sand washing. To study the performance of the tool to fish debris via reverse circulation, the CFX software was used to establish the three-dimensional analysis model of the flow field inside the tool. The feasibility of fluid reverse circulation flow was studied. The trajectoly tracking of solid particle movement with fluid was carried out. The minimum pump displacement required by the field operation of the tool was determined. A comparative analysis of the theoretical calculation result and flow field simulation result was conducted. The research findings show that the displacement required by fishing accumulated bottomhole solid particles is much larger than that by fishing freely falling solid particles from the tool bottom. It is suggested that the minimum pump displacement should be 9.0 L/s.
