摘  要:针对常规完井工艺不能一趟管柱完成整口井的多层简易防砂完井施工的现状,设计了防砂完井一体化工艺管柱。该管柱包括外防砂管柱和内坐封-验封一体化管柱2大部分,内、外管柱通过悬挂丢手封隔器连接成一个整体。外防砂管柱用于层间分层封隔和悬挂防砂筛管;内坐封-验封一体化管柱能实现防砂封隔器坐封、验封一体化功能。施工时只需1趟管柱作业即可把防砂管柱下到油层预定部位,并逐级完成防砂封隔器的坐封和验封。现场试验结果表明,该工艺管柱各级封隔器坐封、验封合格率100%,显著提高了施工效率,降低了作业成本。Conventional completion technology cannot achieve multilayer simple sand control completion operation through one-trip string. Therefore, the integrated technological string for sand control completion was designed. The string consists of external sand control string and internal setting-sealing check integrated string. The external and internal strings are connected as a whole through suspension release packer. The external string is used for interlayer layered pack-off and hanging sand control screen. The internal string can achieve the integrated function of both setting and sealing check of sand control packer. In construction only one-trip string can avoid the workload of multiple tripping of tubing. The sand control string is landed in the predetermined position of oil layer. The setting and sealing check of the packer are completed step by step. The field experimental findings show that the setting and sealing check of the packer at different stages have reached 100% qualification rate, remarkably improving the construction efficiency and reducing the operating cost.
