摘  要:在分析滑片采油泵工作原理的基础上,采用室内试验和数值模拟对其水力特性进行了对比研究,重点研究了举升压力转速等对排量的影响以及内部流场分布特性等。室内试验结果表明,当转速一定时,随着举升压力的提高排量逐渐下降;当举升压力一定时,可以通过调节运行转速调节产量。通过数值模拟认识了滑片采油泵的内部流场特性,找到了泵体存在的漏失位置,与室内试验结论一致,建议对泵体结构进行改进。On the basis of analyzing the operating principle of sliding vane oil pump, the laboratory test and numerical simulation were used to conduct a comparative study of the hydraulic property and flow field condition of the pump. The effects of lifting pressure and rotation speed on displacement as well as the distribution feature of internal flow field were studied. The laboratory test findings show that, when the rotation speed is given, the displacement will decrease with the increase of lifting pressure. When the lifting pressure is given, the volume of production can be regulated by regulating the operating rotation speed. The numerical sinmlation helps realize the internal flow field property of vane pump, find out the leakage 1 test result. It is suggested that the structu ocation existing in the pump re of the pump body should body. This is in agreement with the laboratory be modified in order to reduce the leakage.
