摘　　要：探讨了图书馆和用户之间不断发展的关系,重点研究了从信息用户到信息合作创建者/信息提供者、用户正向馆员转化、以用户为中心的服务模式正在被强化等五个变化,从图书馆2.0、图书馆模式的本质和未来图书馆的发展重点等方面分析了"参与式图书馆"所产生的必然,指出了参与式图书馆建设中的注意事项,最后指出参与式图书馆是现代图书馆未来发展的必然趋势。This paper discusses the evolving relationship between libraries and users, and focuses on five changes, such as the change from information users to information creators/providers, the changing role of users towards that of librarians, and the reinforced user-centered service model. It then analyses the inevitable emergence of participatory library from the perspectives of library 2.0, the nature of library model and contemporary library focuses. It also calls attention to the issues to be addressed in the process of developing participatory libraries.
