摘　　要：随着新技术在图书馆界广泛应用,参考咨询工作普遍存在定位模糊、读者流失严重、读者需求不能很好满足等问题。图书馆如何进行角色转化,参考咨询服务的发展路在何方,值得关注与思考。本文试从知识咨询产生的背景分析入手,提出了图书馆参考咨询服务向知识咨询服务转化的对策。In the ubiquitous environment, with new information technology widely introduced and applied in library, there are some problems during reference consultation： fuzzy localization, the serious loss of readers, the unsatisfied need of readers. It is a problem for library staff that how to change role to find a suitable way among various service modes for its own consulting services development. This paper analyzes the methods and countermeas- ures for the transformation from reference consultation to acknowledge consultation in the background of the origin of acknowledge consultation.
