摘  要:研究了氯丁橡胶和氯磺化聚乙烯(CR/CSM)不同并用比共混胶的力学性能,以及并用胶经150℃不同浓度的氢氧化钠、盐酸溶液浸泡24h后的性能变化与机理。对比温度下胶片经酸碱溶液浸泡后的质量变化、拉伸强度变化、扫描电镜图以及红外谱图。结果表明,当CR/CSM质量比为80/20时并用胶表现出较好的力学性能,且交联密度较大。150℃条件下,在40%的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡24h后,CR/CSM质量比为80/20的并用胶的拉伸强度保持率最高,质量变化率较小,表现出较好的耐碱性能。150℃条件下,在5%的盐酸溶液中浸泡24h后,CR/CSM质量比为20/80的并用胶的拉伸强度保持率最高,质量变化率较小,表现出较好的耐酸性能。氯丁橡胶和氯磺化聚乙烯(CR/CSM)的不同并用比决定了共混胶耐高温酸碱性能。The mechanical properties of the polychloroprene/chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CR/CSM) rubber blends were studied, and the performance and mechanism study after soaked in different concentrations of NaOH and HC1 solution at 150 ℃were discussed. After soaked by acid and alkalia solution at different temperature, the mass change, tensile strength, scanning electron micrographs and infrared spectra for the blend were characterized. The results show that the rubber has the best mechanical properties and the largest erosslinking density when the mass ratio of cR/CSM rubber blends is 80/20. After soaked in different concentrations of NaOH solution 24h at 150 ℃ , the tensile strength retention is the highest, the quality change is the smallest when mass the ratio of CR/CSM rubber blends is 80/20 in 40 % NaOH solution at 150 ℃. After soaked in different concentrations of HC1 solution 24h, the tensile strength retention is the highest, the quality change is the smallest when the mass ratio of CR/CSM rubber blends is 20/80 in 5% HC1 solution. As a result, it can be concluded that the hot acid and alkali resistant of the blending depends on the mass ratio of CR/CSM.
