摘  要:采用插层复合法制备有机改性凹凸棒土/聚氨酯弹性体纳米复合材料。用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)测试技术对凹凸棒土的有机改性进行表征。研究了纳米复合材料的力学性能、耐热性能及纳米填料在复合材料中的分散形态。结果表明,当改性凹凸棒土质量分数达到2%时,复合材料的拉伸强度为55.91MPa,扯断伸长率为559.45%,300%定伸应力为31.69 MPa,硬度几乎保持不变,综合力学性能达到最佳,同时其热稳定性也有所提高;改性凹凸棒土的加入量低于2%时,在聚氨酯基体中分散较为均匀,随着含量的增加出现团聚现象。Organically modified attapulgite(OAT)/polyurethane nanocomposites were prepared by intercalative polymerization method. The surface structure of the organic modified attapulgite was characterized by FT-IR. The mechanical properties, heat resistance of nanocomposite and the dispersion state of nano particles in the composites were studied. The results reveal that when the mass fraction of organic modified attapulgite is 2%, the composites have the best comprehensive mechanical properties with the tensile strength about 55,91MPa, the elongation at break about 559.45%, the 300% stretching strength about 31..69 MPa and the hardness almost unchanged, and the thermal stability is improved. The morphology of organic modified attapulgite is the most discrete in polyurethane matrix when the mass fraction of the modified attapulgite is below 2 %, and the agglomeration of organic modified attapulgite appears with the increase of its content.
