关于提高边防部队基层党委班子创新能力的几点思考

摘　　要：随着改革开放的进一步深入和社会主义市场经济体制的不断健全,公安边防部队面临着更为繁重、艰巨的边防保卫任务,部队建设迫切需要基层党委班子不断提高创新能力。一是要在更新观念,强化创新意识上下功夫;二是要在与时俱进,培养创新毅力和勇气上下功夫;三是要在联系实际,注重创新方式方法上下功夫;四是要在营造氛围,建立健全创新激励机制上下功夫。Border - control forces resume the heavier tasks under the situation of socialist market economy system at present. It is urgent ot enhance the creative capacity of grass - root party committees. This goal is to be achieved in terms of changing mindsets, of keeping up with time with courage and strong will, of putting theories into practice and of nurturing a new incentive system.
