摘　　要：中国和乌克兰作为世界经济一体化组织中的完整参与主体,对融入国际合作和提高国家间战略合作伙伴关系的有效性要求是十分迫切的。对实现中乌两国战略合作伙伴关系过程中的问题进行研究,目的在于通过理论规划,明确中乌两国合作伙伴关系的战略定位,挖掘两国在区域经济一体化发展过程中经济合作的内在潜能,确立两国的战略合作伙伴关系,达到深化合作的目的。China and Ukraine, as rightful participants of the world economic integration, are in urgent need to integrate into the world cooperation and stimulate their relations as strategic partners. This article researches the problems, that China and Ukraine might come across, when building those relations as the strategic partners, mainly through the structuring of the theories, giving clear definition to the strategic relations between both countries, discovering the potentials that they have in the integration into the regional economics, to achieve deeper partnership relations.
