摘 要:目的确定符合绿色建筑认证要求的冷水机组能效特性的评价方法,完善我国的绿色建筑评价体系.方法对比名义工况性能系数(COP)、综合部分负荷值(IPLV)和非标准部分负荷值(NPLV)在绿色建筑运行标志认证中的优缺点,分析何种方法更适用于对冷水(热泵)机组在实际运行中的评价,更有利于节能.以天津市某酒店冷水机组能效特性的测试数据为基础,对冷水机组的能效特性进行计算.结果通过NPLV近似计算得出机组在25%负荷率的COP值为3.72,机组的NPLV值为5.96.NPLV近似计算得出的结果与机组的性能曲线对应值基本吻合,误差为6%.结论 NPLV方法更适用于实际工况下对冷水机组性能的评价;表明NPLV近似计算方法合理、结果可靠.The paper presents a research with the aim to determine the evaluation methods on performance of water-chiller to meet criterion of green building and improve the evaluation system of green building in Chi- na. We compared the advantages and disadvantages of COP JPLV and NPLV in the green building certifica- tion identifiers, and analyzed which method is more suitable uher the chiller in the evaluation, and more con- ducive to energy saving. Through the test data from the one of the hotels in Tianjin as the foundation, then calculate the coefficient of performance of the water-chiller. The result got through the methods of NPLV for the COP is 3.72 at 25 percent and comprehensive performance of coefficient is 5.96. The conclusion is that NPLV method is more suitable to the actual situation for the water-chiller performance evaluation. NPLV ap- proximate calculation results are corresponding with the values of the unit curves uhile the error is only 6%. It shows that the approximate calculation method is reasonable and the result is reliable.
