摘 要:目的考察制备的Ce-N-TiO2/AC光催化剂对有机染料废水的处理效果,确定其去除甲基橙染料废水的工艺条件.方法在自制光催化反应器中,利用制备的Ce-N-TiO2/AC光催化剂在紫外灯的条件下处理染料废水,分析对比在不同因素条件下对染料废水的降解率.结果 CeN-TiO2/AC光催化剂对染料废水具有较高的脱色率.在适宜条件:染料废水质量浓度为40 mg/L,初始pH=4.0,光催化剂投加量为4g/L,Ce4+掺杂质量分数为2.0%、N掺杂质量分数为1.3%,反应时间210 min,染料废水的脱色率可达86.6%,复用次数达5次.结论制备Ce4+和N共掺杂改性后的光催化剂,具有较高的重复利用率,相比单掺杂光催化剂,提高光催化能力效果明显.The purpose of this article is to use of rare earth elements Ce4+ and non-metallic elements N do- ping,to prepare immobilized Ce4+ -N-TiO2/AC photocatalyst which has higher photocatalytic activity than the ordinary TiO2 photocatalyst by sol-gelimpregnation method. Using self-made photocatalytic reactor for dye wastewater treatment in the light of ultraviolet light. The immobilized Ce-N-TiO2/AC photocatalyst can effectively degrade the dyestuff waste water with high decolorization rate. In the best condition:the waste water initial concentration is 40 mg/L and the pH is 4.0, the dosage of the photocatalyst is 4g/L, the opti- mum doping of Ce4+ is 2.0% ,and concentration of being 1.3% ,450 ~C continuous calcination being 2 h, the time of reaction is 210 rain, the times for repeated use is 5 and the decolorization rate of the dyestuff waste water is 86.6%. The photocatalyst which doped modified with Ce4+ and N has higher decolorization rate than the single elements doped photocatalyst. The preparation method is easy, and does not have seconda- ry pollution,can provide a new way for the treatment of waste water,marketing extension has higher feasibility.
