摘　　要：不断扩大的城乡收入差距问题成为当前我国经济发展与社会稳定所面临的重大挑战之一。在深入分析劳动力异质性与社会资本理论的基础上,结合二元经济理论,以二次分配为视角阐述了我国城乡收入差距的演变过程和阶段特征,认为过大的城乡收入差距问题是我国现阶段农业特征、城市倾向政策、城市化过程中劳动力的选择性转移、城乡居民社会资本差异等诸多因素共同作用的结果。面对城乡收入差距的不断扩大,必须采取相应的对策。The expanding income gap between urban and rural areas has become a major challenge which China＇ s e- conomic development and social stability have been faced up with. In analysis of labor heterogeneity and social capital on the basis of economic theory, the essay points out that the gap is the result of many factors： agriculture characteristic, policy tenden- cy of city, selective transfer of labor force, urban and rural dweller difference of social capital, and puts forward the corre- sponding countermeasure to narrow the urban -rural gap.
