摘 要:【目的】考察气相色谱法检测烟叶和土壤样品中有机氯农药残留时的基质效应。【方法】分别以标准曲线和工作曲线(基质匹配标准曲线)计算烟叶和土壤样品在0.05、0.10mg/kg两个加标水平上的回收率。【结果】对于烟叶样品,工作曲线的平均回收率分别为83.5%-100.8%和84.3%-102.5%,标准曲线的平均回收率分别为84.0%~110.6%和86.5%~112.5%;对于土壤样品,工作曲线的平均回收率分别为81.3%-97.7%和85.6%-102.3%,标准曲线的平均回收率分别为83.3%-99.6%和87.5%-108.4%。【结论】在烟叶和土壤有机氯农药残留测定中,基质效应表现为基质增强效应,但效应轻微。[Aims] The aim was investigate matrix effect on determining organochlorine pesticides residue in tobacco and soil sample. [Methods] Standard calibration curve and matrix-matched calibration curve were used to calculate the recoveries of tobacco and soil sample respectively at 0.05 and 0.10 mg/kg spiked levels. [Results] The results showed that the recoveries of tobacco sample were 83.5-100.8%, 84.3-102.5% calculated by matrix-matched calibration curve, and 84.0- 110.6%, 86.5-112.5% by standard calibration curve. The recoveries of soil sample were 81.3-97.7%, 85.6-102.3% calculated by matrix-matched calibration curve and 83.3-99.6%, 87.5-108.4% by standard calibration curve. [Conclusions] The matrix effect is slightly enhanced in determination of organochlorine pesticides residue in tobacco and soil sample.
