摘　　要：科研人员是否愿意共享自己的科学数据受多种非技术因素的影响。文章采用问卷调查的方法,通过结构方程模型分析了影响我国高校科研人员科学数据共享意愿的关键因素。研究结果发现,科研人员的自我价值感知、互惠预期、人际信任、形象是形成共享信念的重要维度,信念对科学数据共享意愿仅存在间接显著性影响,主观规范对科学数据共享意愿存在直接显著性影响。Whether scientific research personnel are wiling to share their scientific data is affected by many non-technical factors. By the use of the questionnaire method, this paper uses the structural equation model to analyze the key factors affecting the willingness of the scientific research personnel in the Chinese universities to share their scientific data. The results indicate that the scientific research personnel＇ s perception of self-worth, anticipated reciprocity, interpersonal trust and image are the important dimensions to foster the belief about the sharing. Belief only has an indirect significant influence on the willingness to share scientific data, while subjective criteria have direct significant influence on the willingness to share scientific data.
