新信息环境下我国公共图书馆服务功能定位研究——基于读者调查数据分析

摘　　要：在全新的信息环境下,为了适应公共图书馆服务对象需求的个性化、多样化发展,我国公共图书馆急需对其服务功能加以全新定位。文章在对我国公共图书馆现状分析和新信息环境对其影响性研究的基础上,选取江苏省部分公共图书馆进行读者问卷调查,运用分布密度函数模型和乘法模型的方法对其服务功能进行明晰的定位,继而对现阶段问题提出相应的建议措施,加强了我国公共图书馆对新时代的适应能力,提高了其社会竞争力。In the new information environment, the Chinese public libraries need to re-orientate their service functions urgently to suit the individualized and diversified development of the object of service. Based on the analysis of the status quo of the Chinese public libraries, and the study of the influences of the new information environment on them, this paper selects several public libraries in Jiangsu Province to make the reader questionnaire survey, then uses the methods of the distribution density function model and the multiplication model to definitely define their service functions, and finally puts forward some related suggestions and measures for the present problems so as to strengthen their adaptability to the new era and promote their social competitiveness.
