摘  要:为了解决综采工作面倾角大、顶板破碎、底板软、淋水大等问题,缓解采掘接续紧张,文章研究了综采工作面设备机械化安装技术,利用多功能机械手使液压支架调向容易,保证液压支架平稳运输,加快工作面的安装速度,提高安装质量,减少作业人员,降低劳动强度和安装成本。In order to solve the high inclination of the fully mechanized coal mining face, roof broken, soft floor, heavy roof raining and other problems and to release the tension of the mining and excavation connection, the paper had a study on the mechanized installation technology of the equipment applied to the fully mechanized coal mining face. the muhifunetional manipulator was applied to make a easy directional adjustment of the hydraulic powered supports, to ensure a stable transportation of the hydraulic powered supports, to speed up the installation speed of the coal mining face, to improve the installation quality, to reduce the number of the operational personnel, to reduce the labor strength and the installation cost.
