摘  要:文章通过三轴压缩、剪切、劈裂和硬度系数测定等试验,全面了解山西朔州东易煤矿9^#煤力学性能参数;通过三向压缩试验,得到煤样的内聚力为4.87MPa,内摩擦角为49.45°;通过剪切试验,得到煤样的内聚力5.42MPa和内摩擦角24.5°;两种试验得到的结果相差较大,这是因为煤样层理对剪切强度影响大,而对三轴压缩强度影响小。煤样抗拉强度最大值为2.19MPa,最小值为0.74MPa,变异系数为0.293。煤样压入硬度的最大值为613.06MPa,最小值为439.17MPa,变异系数为0.084。塑性系数的最大值为3.00,最小值为1.20,变异系数为0.26。实验表明,该煤质坚固程度为中等坚固-软,岩石级别为Ⅴ~Ⅷ。通过对煤质的力学性能测试,为该矿采煤机等采煤机械的配型选择提供了技术支持和科学依据。With the triaxial compression, shearing, fracturing, hardness coefficientmeasurement and other tests, themechanics performances and parameters of No. 9 seam in Shanxi Shuozhou Dongyimine were fully understood. With the triaxial compression test, the cohesionmeasured of the coal sample was C = 4. 87MPa and the internal friction angle and the cohesion of the coal sample were obtained with the shearing test. The results from the two tests were highly different and because of the bedding of the coal sample highly affected the shearing strength and small affected to the triaxial compression strength. Themax tensile strength of the coal sample was 2. 19MPa, themin was 0. 74MPa and the variation coefficient was 0. 293. Themax indentation strength of the coal sample was 613.06MPa, themin strength was 439. 17MPa and the variation coefficient was 0. 084. Themax plastic coefficient was 3.00, themin value was 1.20 and the variation coefficient was 0. 26. The experiment showed the firmness degree of the coal property wasmedium firmness - soft and the rock grade was Ⅴ - Ⅷ. With themechanics performance test of the coal property, the test results could provide the technical support and the scientific basis to thematched selection of the coal cuttingmachine and coalminingmachine.
