摘 要:郑州矿区构造煤具有典型的净煤脆性粉碎特征,原煤中-0.5mm的原生煤泥含量高达38.89%,这成为该矿区多年来发展煤炭洗选业的制约。针对该矿区构造煤煤质特点,郑煤集团选择"不脱泥无压重介质旋流器+浮选"的选煤工艺对所产原料煤进行了工业性洗选试验研究,获得了合格的精煤产品质量指标,初步探索总结了原料煤洗选加工的途径、方法,提出了重选设备及工艺完善性、高效煤泥分选设备及工艺配套等需要进一步研究的重点和方向。The tectonic coal in Zhenghou Mining Area would have typical brittle and fine features of the clean coal, the -0. 5mm primary slime content in the raw coal was up to 38. 89% and became the restraint to the coal preparation development in the passed years in the mining area. According to the coal quality features of the tectonic coal in the mining area, the coal preparation technique of "non mud removing and no pressure heavy medium cyclone + floatation" selected by Zhengzhou Coal Industry Group was applied to the study on the industrial preparation experiment with the raw coal. The acceptance quality index of the clean coal product was obtained. The paper preliminarily discovered and summarized the access and method of the raw coal preparation and processing. The key points and orientation of the further study on the heavy medium preparation equipment and technique perfection, high efficient slime separation equipment and technique matched and others were provided.
