摘　　要：通过对近20年来我国医药领域专利复审和无效案件的统计分析,系统而全面地了解我国医药领域专利复审和无效案件概况。统计表明医药领域专利复审无效的案件数量逐年快速上升,在此基础上深入研究医药领域的专利复审和无效案件的长潜伏期特征,有助于做好专利的相关工作。Through analyzing patent reexamination and invalid case occurred in China within last 20 years, further understanding could get about the patent reexamination and invalid case in China. There are significant in- creases in number of patent reexamination and invalid case annually. It will be very helpful to every patent appli- cant if we investigate the characteristics and trends in patent reexamination and invalid case.
