风险评估对于改进腹部外科术后效果的分析

摘　　要：目的探讨应用风险评估表对患者术后恢复的影响,以提高护理质量,降低住院费用。方法观察组根据我科近5年内收治的腹部外科手术病例,患者手术时间、肝门阻断、术中出血量等方面的统计资料,于2011年1月设计了患者风险评估表,用于围手术期可能导致并发症发生的各个环节,进行风险评估及重点交接班。对照组采取常规的护理措施。结果评估表运用2年来,观察组相比对照组的围手术期并发症、住院费用、平均住院日、陪护费都有下降。结论风险评估表作为管理工具,具有保障患者安全,提高医院经济、社会效益的多重作用。Objectives： To investigate the effects of risk assessment forms on patients post-operative recovery, so as to promote nursing quality and to lower hospitalization fees. Methods： In January of 2011, a risk assessment form was designed according to the data of operation duration, hepatic portal occlusion and intra-operative blood loss, etc. in the past five years in the department. It was administered to the observation group, for whom all peri-operative procedures that may cause complications were assessed and taken special care of. Patients in control group receive normal nursing. Results： Over the two years since the form implementation, all indices including peri-operative complication rate, hospitalization fees, average stay length and escort fees were lowered. Conclusions： Risk assessment form, as a management tool, can ensure patient＇s safety and improve hospital＇s economic and social benefits.
