喉镜片消毒处理的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨消毒供应中心集中处理麻醉喉镜片的管理模式。方法麻醉科、急诊室自行清洗、消毒喉镜片为对照组,处理方法为使用人员流动水下冲洗污染喉镜片,用PVP-I消毒液擦拭后,待干备用;消毒供应中心集中清洗消毒、包装的喉镜片为实验组,处理方法为在手工初洗污染咽喉镜片后,装入清洗篮筐,放入清洗消毒器内处理。对两组进行目测,白纱布检测和细菌培养,统计分析两组合格率。结果两组目测合格率,对照组为41.5%,实验组为96%;白纱布检测合格率对照组为21%、实验组为91.5%;菌落数检测合格率对照组为70%,实验组为100%。喉镜片光源系统无损坏。实验组清洗消毒质量合格率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论消毒供应中心集中处理麻醉喉镜片的管理方法,可提高清洗消毒质量,有效预防院内感染的发生。Objectives： To discuss the management mode of collective disinfection of anesthesia laryngoscope blades by the Central Sterile Supply Department. Methods： The laryngoscope blades rinsed and sterilized by the Anesthesiology Department and the Emergency Department were used as the control group. The specific procedures include rinsing the contaminated laryngoscope blades with running water, rubbing them with PVP-I disinfectant, and getting dried for later use. Meanwhile, the laryngoscope blades rinsed, sterilized and packed collectively by the Central Sterile Supply Department were used as the experimental group. The specific procedures include rinsing the contaminated laryngoscope blades by hand, putting them into the cleaning baskets, and then sterilizing them in disinfection machine. The two groups were compared by visual observation, white gauze test and bacterial culture. Their qualified rates were analyzed. Results： The qualified rates of the control group and the experimental group were 41.5% and 96% by visual observation, 21% and 91.5% by white gauze test, and 70% and 100% by bacterial culture, respectively. There was no damage to the illumination systems of the laryngoscope blades. The qualified rates of the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group with statistical significance （P〈0.01）. Conclusions： The management method of collectively sterilizing anesthesia laryngoscope blades by the Central Sterile Supply Department could improve the quality of rinsing and sterilizing anesthesia laryngoscope blades, and effectively prevent nosocomial infection.
