摘  要:目的通过脑电双频指数(BIS)监测,评价氟马西尼加快全麻患者术后苏醒的临床效果。方法80例在全凭静脉麻醉下行择期胸部手术的患者。随机分为两组:F组术后静注氟马西尼组;C组术后静注生理盐水。记录指标:给药前(T0)、给药后1(T1)、5(T2)、10(T3)、15(T4)、30min(T5)患者的BIS、MAP、HR、镇静评分、理解评分、清醒时问、拔出支气管导管时间。结果T2~T5时两组的BIS、MAP、HR、镇静评分、理解评分均高于Tn(P〈0.05);T2~T5,时F组的各个指标明显高于C组(P〈0.05);F组的清醒时间、拔出气管导管时间明显短于C组(P〈0.05)。结论在全凭静脉麻醉中,氟马西尼能够有效地提升BIS值,加快恢复患者的意识,明显缩短术后苏醒时间。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of flumazenil reverses propofol in order to make awake after intra- venous anaesthesia under bispectral index monitoring. Methods Eighty patients who undergoing intravenous anesthesia by propofol were studied. They were randomized into two groups : group C receiving normal saline ( n = 40 ) as the con- trol,while group F receiving flumazenil ( n = 40). Change of BIS, HR, MAP, Ramsay score, Understand score were ob- served at pre - administration ( To ), 1 ( T1 ) ,5 ( T2 ), 10 ( T3 ), 15 ( T4 ), 30rain ( T5 ) after administration respectively, revi- ving time, the time of pulling out the endotracheal tube. Results BIS, HR, MAP, Ramsay score, Understand score of group F at T2 -T5 increased significantly compared with at To (P 〈0. 05 )and with group C too( P 〈0. 05) ; the time of reviving and pulling out the endotracheal tube of group C was longer than group F ( P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion Flumazenil can effectively improve the value of BIS, meanwhile promote to revive from intravenous anaesthesia by propofol, shorten reviving time after operation.
