摘　　要：通过中医学及现代医学对癌症病因病机认识的比较及目前常用抗癌药物筛选方法、中药抗癌药物有效成分筛选概况的分析,提出中药抗癌药物的筛选应以中医药理论为基础,以疗效为中心,确定抗癌有效成分的构效关系,建立与中医理论相符的多种靶点的微量筛选模型,并确定良好的药物剂型,方能研发出符合中医临床需求的抗癌新药。The research method for screening of anticancer Chinese herbs is concluded by analyzing the general screening methods and the screening for active components from Chinese herbs for anti-cancer drugs,and comparing the understanding to the etiology and pathogenesis of cancer of TCM and modern medicine.It involves following aspects: base on the TCM theory;centered on the curative eicacy;ascertaining the structure-activity relationship of the anti-cancer active components;establishing the anticancer trace screening model with multiple targets for itting TCM theory;selecting a suitable dosage form.New anticancer drug meeting Chinese clinical needs may be developed under this way.
