摘　　要：目的:以蒋健教授诊治胃痛有效医案为研究对象构建数据库,通过数据挖掘技术进行经验总结,探讨其在中医医案研究以及老中医经验总结方面的应用价值。方法:利用Microsoft Access软件构建蒋健教授临证医案数据库,将蒋健教授中医治疗胃痛有效医案转换为结构化数据格式,利用PASW Statistics和Clementine数据挖掘软件,通过频数分析、Logistic回归分析、关联规则、网路图等数据挖掘方法,挖掘其中潜在的"病-证-症-方-药"多重交互关系。结果:构建了蒋健教授临证医案数据库,实现医案的存储、实时采集与数据转录功能,并通过多种数据挖掘方法,挖掘归纳得出蒋健教授治疗胃痛组方特点符合"缓、温、理、消、清、补、化"七原则,并得到蒋健教授本人认可。结论:通过建立医案数据库、利用数据挖掘技术进行中医医案研究,方法可行,结果可靠,可用于总结老中医的临床经验特色。Objective： Used professor JIANG Jian＇s effective stomachache cases as study object to build a database, through data mining technology to summarize the experience, explored its application value on traditional Chinese medical record study and the experience of distinguished veteran TCM doctors generalizing. Methods： Used Microsoft Access software to build the database of professor JIANG Jian＇s medical records, converted professor JIANG Jian＇s effective stomachache cases to structure data format, used PASW Statistics and Clementine data mining software, through frequency analysis, Logistic regression analysis, association rule, web data mining methods to mine the potential multiple interactive relationship of ＇Disease-Syndrome- Symptom-Formula-Drug＇. Results： Built a database of professor JIANG Jian＇s clinical medical records, achieved the function of real-time data acquisition, storage and transcription, and through a variety of data mining methods, concluded professor JIANG Jian＇s treating prescription of stomachache accorded with ＇slow, warm, regulate, digest, clear, tonify, melt＇ seven principles, and approved by professor JIANG Jian himself. Conclusion： The method of establishing database of Chinese medical records and using data mining technology to research Chinese medical records is feasible and reliable, it could be used to summarize the clinical experiences of distinguished veteran doctors of TCM.
