摘  要:目的:探讨藜芦与白芍配伍后的毒性变化规律,为"十八反"的深入研究提供依据。方法:本实验采用均匀设计结合动物急性毒性实验,以动物死亡率为观测指标进行急性毒性评价。结果:配伍后的毒性大小是由藜芦和白芍的比例、藜芦及白芍的用量综合所致,配伍后毒性以藜芦的毒性为主,死亡率随藜芦比例的增大呈现上升趋势,而随白芍用量的增加又下降。结论:基于本实验条件下,藜芦与白芍配伍后的毒性并未增加,此结果为临床合理用药提供参考依据。Objective: To investigate the toxicity variation of veratridine combined with peony, and to provide the basis for in-depth study of the eighteen imcompatible pairs. Methods: In this subject, we used the uniform design combined with animal acute toxicity, and used the mortality rate as observation to evaluate acute toxicity of animal. Results: The toxicity of peony combined with veratridine was determined by three areas: the ratio of veratridine and peony, veratridine dosage and the amount of peony. The toxicity of veratrum-based was the main toxicity. The mortality ratio with the increased use of veratridine showed a upward trend, with the increased use of peony showed a downward trend. Conclusion: Based on the experimental conditions, the toxicity of veratridine combined with peony dose not increase, offer scientific basis for reasonable usage.
