摘　　要：目的:构建艾滋病周围神经病变中医临床诊疗操作规程并进行评价。方法:通过文献研究,制订中医临床诊疗操作规程调查问卷,采用德尔菲法进行两轮专家问卷调查对操作规程进行修订。结果:经问卷评价,专家意见趋于统一,初步建立艾滋病周围神经病变中医临床诊断、治疗、调护及疗效评价规程。结论:该规程明确了艾滋病周围神经病变的含义及病因病机,体现了中医临床诊疗服务的标准化,为进一步临床科研奠定了基础。Objective： To establish a proposal of diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） in AIDS patients with peripheral neuropathy and evaluate it by questionnaires. Methods： We established a draft by comprehensive assessment the literature retrieval and clinical experience. And then we revised the proposal by two rounds of expert questionnaire. Results： After the questionnaire evaluation, expert＇s opinions tend to reach consensus, the TCM of AIDS patients with peripheral neuropathy＇s clinical diagnosis, treatment, nursing and treatment evaluation procedures had been initially established. Conclusion： The proposal makes clear the meaning, etiology and pathogenesis of AIDS with peripheral neuropathy, reflects the standardization of the clinical diagnosis and treatment services of TCM, and lays the foundation for further clinical research.
